It has been our experience that "what can go wrong, will go wrong" at the least convenient time, when you need it the most.


Whey you invest in one of our support contracts, you will be given priority technical support services within four (4) hours, and usually a lot sooner. Our support contacts covers all your network support needs including on-site, telephone, and remote support (via dial-in or the Internet). When you call to initiate a support incident, you will speak directly with a network engineer who is knowledgeable of your network configuration and can go to work right on resolving your technical issue.

Many types of support options are available to meet your needs:

  • On Site Support Contract Plan.
    This plan provides on-site technical support through regularly scheduled visit. To meet your support requirements, the service contract plan can be tailored to meet your specific business needs.
  • Time & Material Plan.
    Technical support services are provided on an as-needed basis, at our standard billing rates. Time & material service plan provides next business day response time.
  • Prepaid Support Plan.
    This plan offers you the ability to pre-purchase blocks of time at discounted rate that can be used in hour minimum increments on an as needed basis. Time blocks are available in blocks of 20, 40, 80 or more hours. The larger the block of hours, the bigger the discount rate. Contact us for more details.
